USPTA Bonita Registration Information
Team registration is a two-part process.

1. First you create a team and select the captain (required) and co-captain (not required). There is no charge to create a team. Each season you must create a new team. Teams do not carry over from previous seasons.
2. Second, you register the players on the team. The cost is $15 per player per team. Fees are payable with Visa or MasterCard at the same time you register your players. NO REFUNDS will be given.

*Important* Credit Card Charges will show on your statement as 'Tennis-On-line Reg.'

Before you begin please have the following information available:

• New Player information; Name, Address, Zip, Phone, Email ( not required), NTRP Rating
• Home Team Match Time (1:00 p.m. the latest)

Captains must Login to perform the following functions. If you have forgotten your password click on 'Forgot your password? Click Here.' And fill in the information. Your password will be emailed to you. Leave 'administrator' blank

New Captains please contact League Coordinator to get set up in the system and receive a login.

DO NOT CLICK ON SIGN UP

Login

1. Go to www.swfla-tennis.com.
2. Click the link ‘USPTA Bonita Login’ to register teams and add players to rosters.
3. Enter your email address and your password. Leave the administrator box blank. Click on ‘Log In’.
     

Captains Create Team

1. Login.
2. Click on the words 'USPTA Bonita League' next to 'News' above your name.
3. Click on the name of the correct division. (DO NOT click on Red 'Sign Up')
4. Click on 'Create Team' gold tab.
5. Follow on line instructions to create your team. Please enter a home match time.
6. When team is completed click 'Finish' and the system will take you to your team page.
7. Click on 'Manage Roster' to begin adding players. Skip to step 3 below.

Captains Add Players to Roster

1. Login. On your summary page in the yellow section: 'Teams, Leagues...' click on the  name of your team to get to your team page. Usually the first one on the list.
2. Click on the gold tab 'Manage Roster'.
3. Search and add players (Hint: type only a few letters of their last name. More common names you may have to type more letters (e.g. smith,w for William Smith).)
4. When adding a player who has played in the league but at a different club you may have to email Vivian to update their club affiliation information.
5. Follow on screen instructions to checkout.
   
   Mistake??? Don't panic. If you sign someone up on the incorrect team or sign up the wrong person, email or call League Coordinator. Any errors can be easily fixed.
