Bonita League – Schedule Information

📅How to Find Your Team Schedule

1. Go to www.SWFLA-Tennis.com.

2. Click "Leagues" > "Bonita League" > "Bonita Login & Registration"

3. Captains: log in with your email and password.

4. On your Profile/Summary page, scroll to Competitions and click your team name.

   1. Matches → View your team schedule.

   2. Roster → Found further down the page.

   3. Standings → Click at top left to see your entire division (starts alphabetical, updates as scores are entered).

      
      

🏠 Club Home Match Schedules

• Clubs can print all home match schedules.

• On your Club page → next to “Divisions,” click List Schedules.

• Select Only Home Club, then Match Date to see home matches only.

• Reports can be exported to Excel if preferred.

  
  

🎾 Booking Home Courts

• Resolve scheduling conflicts early—contact the opposing captain ASAP.

• Notify your Club to adjust court reservations.

• Email the League Coordinator with any changes.

  
  

📞 Confirming Match Details

• Captains must call or email opponents a few days before the match to confirm date, time, and location.

• Opponents’ contact info: click their team name for captain’s email/phone, or generate a Captain List Report from your team page.

🎾 Match Day Essentials

• Home team provides balls → use Regular Duty balls (not Extra Duty).

• Some clubs may provide refreshments, but this is optional.

• Scorecards: Print the correct scorecard. On your team page → Options → Blank Scorecard (prints with your lineup if already entered).

📋 Player Availability & Lineups

• Captains can track player availability: On the Matches tab, click Player Availability.

• Players may log in to update their own availability.

• Captains may enter lineups in advance and email them to the team. Only team members logged in can view lineups.

• To enter lineups: On your team page → Options → Lineup (next to match date). You can also assign who brings balls/snacks.

• To print scorecards with lineups: Use the Print button after entering lineups, or print from Options → Blank Scorecard.

  
  

🖥 Entering & Confirming Scores

• Enter Scores: Either captain enters results within 24 hours. Enter Super Tiebreaks as 1–0.

• Confirm Scores: The opposing captain must confirm within 48 hours by clicking 'I Confirm'.

• Scores not confirmed will remain “unconfirmed” until approved.

⚖ Tiebreaks in Standings

If standings are tied:

1. Head-to-head (when applicable)

2. Fewest individual matches lost

3. Fewest sets lost

4. Fewest games lost

🌧 Rescheduling Matches

• Home captain can change match dates: Schedule → New Date → Rescheduled → Save.

• An automatic email goes to the opposing captain, who must confirm.

• The match remains “unconfirmed” until the opposing captain agrees.

• Comments can be added for clarity.

• Once confirmed, dates may only change for rain or hurricanes.
