Bonita League Registration Instructions
All teams must be registered during the posted registration dates.

Registration Process
Registration is a two-step process:
Step 1 – Create a Team

Captains must create a new team each season (teams do not carry over).

When creating a team, you must select:

Captain (required)
-
Co-Captain (optional)
-
Home Club
-
Division
-
Home Match Time (must be no later than 2:00 p.m)

There is no charge to create a team.
Step 2 – Add Players
-
After the team is created, players must register to join.
-
Fee: $30 per player per team (paid online with Visa or MasterCard).
-
No refunds.
-
Credit card charges will appear as: SW Florida Tennis Leagues.
Captain Instructions
Logging In
-
Go to www.swfla-tennis.com.
-
Click “Bonita League Login & Registration” (on right side of page; on iPads, scroll to bottom).
-
Enter your email and password, leave the administrator box blank, then click Sign In.

Forgot your password? Click “Forgot your password?” to reset.

Creating a Team
-
On your profile page, under News, click the red Signup button next to the correct division.

If you play in both CTA & Bonita Leagues, be sure to select the correct league.

On the left side, click Create a New Team.
-
Follow prompts to select home match time, division, and team name (include your facility in the name).
-
Confirm information → click Go to My Team.

You will receive a Team Confirmation Email – review carefully for accuracy.
Adding Players (Captain’s Option)

From your Team Page, scroll down to the Team Roster section.

Click Manage Roster on the right.
-
Search for players (enter a few letters of last name; e.g., “smi” for Smith).

Select player(s) and proceed to Checkout → Finish.

Don’t forget to register yourself as a player.
Player Instructions (Self-Registration)

Go to www.swfla-tennis.com → CTA Login & Registration.

Enter your email and password → click Sign In.

Need login help? Contact the League Coordinator.

On your profile page, click the red Signup button next to the desired division.

Confirm:
-
Correct league/division is listed.
-
The banner shows: “You are registering (Your Name)”.

Select your team from the drop-down list.
-
If your team is missing, check with your Captain/Club to create it.

Review Registration Summary (name, event, price).
-
Proceed to Checkout, pay $30 by Visa/MasterCard, and click Submit → Finish.

Save your Confirmation Page as proof of registration.
Mistakes & Corrections

Did you sign up the wrong player or the wrong team?
-
Contact the League Coordinator by email or phone.
-
Errors can be quickly corrected.
